Rustic Scruff Grooming is a small, calm studio in Coal City, IL. We work by appointment only, take just a few dogs a day, and never use cage dryers — because every pup deserves to be the only one in the room.

Salon policies
A few important things.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of services booked. No-shows are charged 100% of services booked. We send reminders ahead of time — please text or call as soon as you know.
Flea policy
If fleas are found during the appointment, a mandatory flea bath is added at an additional charge. To protect other clients and our salon, treatment of the home may be required before rebooking.
Payment methods
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe or Square — your card details are handled directly by the payment provider and never stored on our servers. A card on file may be required when booking online.
